    Our Meal Standards

    High vibrational foods that are organic and gluten free. All food is cooked using quality fats, grass fed butter, ghee, or organic coconut oil. All produce is fresh and locally sourced. When needed, my organic auto-immune protocol chicken bone broth is infused into food preparations. I only use natural spring water in recipes...I never cook with tap water!
